Introducing The Villas at Gansevoort Turks + Caicos
On Monday, June 4th, Gansevoort Turks + Caicos was thrilled to hold the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Gansevoort Villas, seven – four and five-bedroom luxury oceanfront villas. The evening ceremony was attended by notable local public figures and those involved in the design and development of the villas, including Honorable Sharlene Cartwright-Robinson, Premier of Turks & Caicos; Deputy Governor Anya Williams; Honorable Delroy Williams, Minister of Home Affairs, Agriculture and Human Services; Mauricio Umansky, Chief Executive Officer of real estate brokerage company, The Agency; Bruce McLaren and Rob Ayer, owners and developers of Gansevoort Turks + Caicos Resort and Villas; and Grant Friedman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Gansevoort Turks + Caicos Resort and Villas.
The new villas range from 7,979 to 8,871 square feet, each one sitting on approximately half an acre of an elevated hillside overlooking the bay at Turtle Tail, located just a short drive from the resort. The villas feature private infinity pools and plunge pools, courtyards framed by signature Caicos stone walls, sunken outdoor fire pit lounge areas, expansive stone and hardwood decks and swimming platforms at the ocean level providing easy access to the ocean. Owners and guests will enjoy the privacy of a luxury oceanfront villa managed by Gansevoort Turks + Caicos resort, and they will be able to enjoy signing privileges for amenities at the resort, including the restaurants and exhale spa. Five villas are currently available for rental, and two more are being completed.
